Frequently asked questions
Do we need one item per vehicle or per document?
Per document works best: 'Truck 14 — Registration' and 'Truck 14 — Inspection' are separate items with separate dates and schedules. Use the identifier field for the unit number so search pulls up everything for one vehicle.
Can drivers get their own reminders?
Yes. Add each driver as a contact and attach them to their own licenses and medical cards. They get the email directly, alongside the fleet manager.
Is Signal a full fleet management system?
